How can I place my order?
To shop, go to the product page, select the size/color and click the “Add to Cart” button. You can then enter payment and delivery information and complete your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with options such as credit/debit cards (single shot and installments), payment at the door and money order/EFT.
How long is the shipping time?
Your order is usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping time for deliveries within Turkey is 3-5 business days; this period may be extended during campaign periods.
How much is the shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free of charge. If the choice of carrier is left to you, additional charges may apply in certain cases - all information is displayed during checkout.
How can I track the status of my order?
After the order is confirmed, the cargo tracking number is sent to you by e-mail through the system. You can always check it in your account in the “My Orders” section
What are your return and exchange conditions?
To request a return or exchange, you need to fill out a form on the “Return/Exchange Requests” page within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with the label on.
What should I do if I have problems with product size/texture?
What happens if the cargo cannot be picked up by me?
The cargo is kept at the branch for 5 days. If not received, it will be returned. Your payment for the returned product will be refunded to your account, but the shipping fee can be deducted.
Are the products genuine and where are they made?
All our products are original, handmade and quality controlled. Our collections are produced in Turkey and each piece is carefully crafted.
